As perfectionists ourselves, we really appreciated Tom’s eye for detail for the whole project. He even warned us in advance of potential problems that might arise (something none of the other builders mentioned). It meant that there were no hidden costs or surprises through the build. The team on site were friendly and helpful, and did a lovely job. Tom was heavily involved throughout and was proactive with getting on top of outstanding jobs and paperwork.
